Founded in 2009, Roost is a digital communications consultancy based in West Oxfordshire.

We provide consultancy, support, training and strategic campaign management and delivery, to build brand-customer relationships, drive conversions and deliver sustainable and profitable revenue growth.

For 3 years Roost was an integral pillar of Cirkle PR's Digital offering and is now operating again independently.

Hello! I'm Carli - Director at Roost.
With over 15 years (gulp!) of communications experience, ranging from a start-up a social network to the most awarded and pioneering innovation agency in the industry (with a PR and PM pitstop along the way), my interest in social technologies and the impact they have on brand-consumer relationships have continued to grow.

Motivated and ambitious, in 2009 I co-founded Roost, an agency dedicated to delivering social communication strategies for family-friendly brands, focusing on influencer marketing. We've definitely changed shape a little along the way, but we remain steadfast in our mission to deliver first-class digital marketing support to our clients.

Away from my desk I'm a mum of two little girls, a keen skier and a qualified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach.
​
I'm not much of a runner, but I'm working on it, and will be taking on my first marathon in London next year. #VLM2024
